Building Sandwich Panel

Building sandwich panels combine a polypropylene honeycomb core with outer skin layers, typically Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic (CFRT) sheets. The honeycomb structure, approximately 95% air, delivers exceptional strength-to-weight ratios while maintaining structural integrity across temperatures from -40°C to +80°C.

The polypropylene core fuses to skin layers through glue-free bonding under heat and pressure, eliminating adhesives. CFRT skins may include multiple unidirectional tape layers and protective films for enhanced bonding and scratch resistance. Panels resist moisture, corrosion, and chemicals while remaining fully recyclable.

Available thicknesses range from 5mm to 120mm, with maximum dimensions reaching 2.8 meters wide by 12 meters long. Core densities typically span 60-100 kg/m³, with compressive strength values from 1.47 to 2.6 MPa. The thermoplastic nature enables CNC machining, thermoforming, and bending without delamination concerns.

Applications include commercial vehicle bodies, mobile homes, transportation flooring, marine decks, architectural partitions, and building formwork. Surface treatments offer glossy or matte protective films, embossing, and custom paint coatings. UV protection through carbon black additives maintains mechanical properties in outdoor environments.

Hollow Plastic Formwork

A reusable formwork system made from polypropylene, featuring a hollow internal structure. This design makes it lightweight yet high-strength and waterproof. It offers exceptional durability with high reusability of over 50 cycles and requires no release agent due to its non-stick surface.

PIR Sandwich Panel

A high-performance insulated panel with a rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam core. It is defined by its superior fire resistance and excellent fire performance rating. The core also offers high thermal efficiency, good compressive strength, and long-term structural stability.

Plywood Foam Core Panel

A composite panel constructed with plywood face sheets bonded to a rigid foam insulation core. This structure combines the high structural strength and impact resistance of plywood with the lightweight and thermal insulating properties of the foam, creating a versatile building material.

PUR Sandwich Panel

A high-efficiency insulated panel featuring a rigid polyurethane (PUR) foam core. It is characterized by its excellent thermal insulation properties and a very low thermal conductivity coefficient. This material is lightweight with good bonding strength and high mechanical resistance.

Rockwool Sandwich Panel

A non-combustible composite panel with a core made of high-density stone wool (rockwool). Its defining characteristics are excellent fire resistance and superior acoustic insulation properties. The structural mineral wool core also provides good thermal performance and high compressive strength.

Snap N Lock Insulated Panel

An insulated panel system featuring a patented interlocking joint design. This allows for fast, easy installation without additional fasteners. The unique locking mechanism creates a continuous, thermally efficient, and airtight seal, ensuring high structural performance and insulation continuity between panels.

Stainless Steel Sandwich Panel

A high-performance panel featuring stainless steel skins bonded to a rigid insulating core, engineered for maximum durability. Its defining characteristics are superior corrosion resistance, a non-porous hygienic surface that is easy to clean, and excellent fire resistance properties for demanding environments.

Z Lock Insulated Panel

Z Lock Insulated Panel is a three-layer sandwich construction featuring corrugated steel sheets on both sides with an insulating foam core, typically EPS (expanded polystyrene). The distinctive Z-shaped interlocking system creates secure, wind-resistant connections between panels through a spike-and-groove mechanism.
