Thermoplastic Honeycomb Panel combines Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic (CFRT) facing layers with a polypropylene (PP) honeycomb core, delivering exceptional strength-to-weight performance. The CFRT sheets feature multiple layers of unidirectional fiber tapes impregnated with thermoplastic resin matrix, laid in different orientations for optimal structural properties.

The PP honeycomb core offers densities from 60 to 160 kg/m³, bonded with heat-resistant and low-temperature resistant adhesives. This construction provides high impact resistance, durability, and the ability to rebound after deformation. The panel exhibits moisture resistance, thermal insulation properties, and complete recyclability at end-of-life.

Available in thicknesses from 6.0 to 120 mm, with maximum width of 3.2 meters and lengths up to 12 meters. CFRT skin thickness ranges from 0.7 to 2.0 mm. Surface treatments include matte or glossy finishes, with optional protective films for scratch resistance. The thermoplastic nature enables reheating and reforming for complex fabrication processes.

Applications span automotive truck body panels and flooring, marine decks and partitions, construction wall panels, caravans, and furniture manufacturing.
