The rigid, closed-cell polyurethane foam core resists moisture absorption while providing thermal and sound insulation. Core density can be customized according to application requirements.

A heat-resistant, low-temperature resistant adhesive bonds the skin layers to the foam core, ensuring structural integrity across environmental conditions.
