Clean Room Panel
Clean room panels combine Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC)-free polyurethane (PUR) or polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam cores with metal cladding to create airtight, thermally efficient enclosures for hygienic environments. The foam core, with density ranging 40-50 kg/m³ and thermal conductivity of 0.020-0.024 W/(m·K), is sandwiched between pre-painted galvanized steel, stainless steel (AISI 304/316), aluminum, or fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) sheets.
Available in thicknesses from 50mm to 250mm and standard widths of 960mm, 1000mm, or 1120mm, panels feature tongue and groove connections with internal cam-lock fasteners. This interlocking system eliminates thermal bridging while ensuring structural stability and airtight sealing. Surface treatments include antimicrobial coatings meeting EC/USDA and FDA hygiene standards.
The panels deliver thermal insulation for energy efficiency, moisture resistance, and chemical compatibility across temperatures from -45°C to controlled ambient conditions. Applications include food processing, pharmaceutical storage, biomedical clean rooms, laboratories, and horticulture facilities for walls, ceilings, partitions, and roofing systems.
Modular design enables rapid assembly using simple Allen wrench operations without specialized tools or on-site cutting. Both vertical and horizontal installation orientations accommodate various architectural requirements while maintaining consistent thermal performance throughout the enclosure.
