Corrugated Insulated Panel
Corrugated insulated panels combine structural support, thermal insulation, and weather protection into a single factory-assembled product. The corrugated profile enhances strength while providing a traditional yet modern aesthetic for roofing applications.
The panels feature a Polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam core sandwiched between two steel sheets. Advanced systems incorporate patented technologies like QuadCore, delivering improved R-values and fire-resistant properties. High-quality coatings on exterior and interior faces ensure durability and finish quality.
These lightweight yet strong panels eliminate multiple construction layers, providing structural stability and resistance to moisture, corrosion, and chemicals. Available in thicknesses from 1 to 8 inches with R-values reaching R-64 or higher, panel widths range from 24 to 42 inches with interlocking joints for secure assembly.
Applications include pitched roofs with slopes of 4 degrees or more and low-slope applications down to 2 degrees. Suitable for industrial, commercial, agricultural, and residential buildings, panels attach to wooden or steel trusses using specialized fasteners. Customization options include various colors, finishes, and cut-to-length capabilities.
