Aluzinc Sandwich Panel
The Aluzinc Sandwich Panel combines an insulating mineral wool core with aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel facings for industrial and commercial construction. The core, made from processed basalt rock fibers with density ranging from 100 to 140 kg/m³, bonds to corrosion-resistant Aluzinc metal facings through high-strength adhesives.
The panel delivers fireproof classification with its non-combustible core, acoustic insulation for noise reduction, and thermal conductivity of approximately 0.043 W/mK for energy efficiency. Available thicknesses range from 50 mm to 200 mm, with standard widths of 950 mm, 1000 mm, and 1150 mm, and customizable lengths up to 12,000 mm. Steel facing thickness spans 0.4 mm to 0.8 mm.
The Aluzinc coating and stable rock wool core provide long-lasting durability unaffected by temperature or humidity changes, ensuring consistent thermal performance and reduced energy consumption. Fire resistance and moisture resistance enhance suitability for demanding environments including industrial buildings, warehouses, logistics centers, and agricultural facilities.
Manufacturing involves automated production lines where roll-formed metal sheets bond with precisely cut core material, with rock wool fibers oriented perpendicular to metal surfaces for optimized performance. Installation requires proper fastening to building structures with sealed joints to maintain thermal and acoustic integrity.
