Modular cold room panels are prefabricated insulated sections that lock together on site to enclose a temperature-controlled room. A rigid polyurethane (PUR) or polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam core is bonded between pre-painted galvanized steel or stainless steel facings, producing a self-supporting unit that needs no separate framing.<\/p>\n

The defining feature is the cam-lock joint. Each panel carries factory-embedded eccentric hooks; an Allen wrench draws adjacent edges together under tension, compressing the internal gaskets into a vapor-tight seal without screws, welding, or wet sealants. Panels arrive cut to size, so a walk-in cooler or freezer can be assembled, expanded, or relocated quickly.<\/p>\n

Standard thicknesses from 50mm to 200mm and widths of 960mm, 1000mm, or 1120mm cover chiller, freezer, and blast-freezer duties. The bacteriostatic facing supports food-safety requirements, and the modular geometry lets the same components form walls, partitions, and ceilings across cold-chain logistics, food processing, and pharmaceutical facilities.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
