The dense, closed-cell core gives low heat conductivity for energy-efficient performance, while an integral tongue-and-groove system with an internal cam-lock mechanism ensures robust, airtight connections between panels.<\/p>\n

Available in thicknesses from 50mm to 200mm and custom dimensions, these panels serve pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotechnology labs, microelectronics cleanrooms, medical device production, and food processing facilities. They construct walls, ceilings, and specialized enclosures to maintain International Organization for Standardization (ISO)-classified clean environments.<\/p>\n

The thermal bridge-free design and airtight cam-lock system deliver superior insulation while minimizing energy loss. Smooth, non-porous surfaces inhibit bacterial growth and enable easy decontamination for international hygiene compliance.
